привет,

 

при загрузке системы появляется ошибка intel ME corrupted.

система рекомендует переустановить БИОС, однако переустановка не решила данную проблему.

 

Также, на черном экране появляется ошибка erros sending end of post message to ME. HECI disabled

 

переустановка операционной системы и драйверов ноутбука не помогает решить проблему.

я пробовал установить WIN 10, WIN11, старые и новые версии БИОС - ничего не помогло решить проблему.

драйвер INTEL ME  с официального сайта не устанавливается - "несовместимая платформа".

Официальные инструменты Hewlett Packard проверки компонентов не находят проблем.

официальные инструменты INTEL не находят проблем.

Тест компонентов системы и оборудования из БИОС не находят проблем.

 

Есть ли у кого-нибудь варианты действий?

HP Probook 450 G5
double boot errors:

1. intel management engine is corrupted and HP is unable to locate a recovery image....

2. error sending end of post message to ME: heci disabled, proceeding with boot!

 

What did I try to do?

1. update actual bios from usb flash: unsuccessfully

2. reinstalling win 10x64: unsuccessfully

3. HDD full erase!: unsuccessfully. after reboot the system restores removed partitions!

4. many variants of bios settings: unsuccessfully

 

present condition of my notebook: HDD - erased. OS - not installed. ERRORS - remained unchanged

 

PLEASE!

Help me to remove boot errors

i reinstalled Win 10, Win 11!

i reinstalled BIOS Q85 ver. 01/23/00 and then installed previos version 01.19.00.
An unsuccessful attempt to install Intel Management drivers - "unsupperted platform"

No changes/
