Try installing this driver for Ethernet:

Depending on which WiFi card is installed in your machine, you can download applicable WLAN driver from here:
https://support.hp.com/in-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-probook-640-g1-notebook-pc/5405392

For Intel WLAN and Bluetooth, install these:
