Microsoft Windows 11

Hi, I am using Family Option to set screening time for my child, however every time he needs to install software, will required my password.  this was not the case when i m using Window 10.  Do anyone know how to resolve this issues

2nd issues found - when he use zoom joining online electronic keyboard class, the instructor cannot hear his keyboard voice.   The instructor can hear his speaking voice but not the electronic keyboard voice.  Anyone experience the similar issues?

Remove Family Option and allow your child can do what he need OR give him Administrator status should fix that. Are you willing to do that ?

Does your keyboard have VOICE actually ?

Regards.

Apologies for jumping in unannounced.

I don't really have any reason to be here -- just curious about the new feature in Windows 11 22H2 > Voice Typing

New for Windows 11 22H2

Use voice typing to talk instead of type on your PC

Voice typing as described in the article is not dictation (Windows 10) -- it appears to be something different.

Note:  Comment is based on ignorance of the subject matter...  Smiling.

If this is what is being asked by @kc_991

(then)

Voice Typing requires the prerequisite Windows 11 version,

and

"To use voice typing, you'll need to be connected to the internet, have a working microphone, and have your cursor in a text box."

Voice Typing while speaking into the microphone with cursor in the Text Box might be directing the voice input to the Text Box only -- that is, perhaps the microphone is not actually able to shift back and forth between speaking in a Zoom meeting and then sharing the microphone with Zoom at the same time the user is "speaking" (typing) to the Text Box.

?  Yeah, sounds a bit weak to me, too.  Smiling.

I've not tried Voice Typing yet -- I did just update to the Windows 11 22H2 version of Windows needed to access the feature.
