My colleague and I registered his 3 year care pack when purchased it July 3, 2022 and also a few weeks ago and the warranty still shows as expired and I need to get help from support but cannot get support.  He submitted receipts and images as well as the required info on this site https://www.hp.com/us-en/services/consumer/carepack-registration.html

How can I get this care pack to link to his laptop warranty so we can get support? I don't see any options to chat with a human since the warranty is expired even though it should be in warranty. I need support in getting support 😕

Hi @redant05,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd like to help!

This might require one-on-one interaction to fix the issue.

As we have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now. I would request you to contact our HP Support Engineers who should be able to sort this out.

I've sent you a private message with further instructions. In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Support Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.

If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the Accepted Solution button, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!
