Hi All, apologies if this is not the correct board.

 

My laptops "extended warranty" is about to expire in 3 months. I want to extend this but I'm a bit confused.

 

The virtual assistant and the Dashboard shows my extended Warranty ending in July, but i went to the website (best2serve) to check warranty options and i came accross "care pack", which after detecting my device says my "factory warranty" expired.

 

it gives me the option to extend it for £168. Then I went to the HP website , seached for my device and gives me the option of buying a 3 year care pack for £150 (https://www.hp.com/gb-en/shop/product.aspx?id=U7C91E&opt=&sel=CPK#overview).

 

Can you help me understand what are my realistic options? i bought this laptop in 2020
