I purchased an extended warrantee for my laptop. When I put in the product and serial number it says out of warrantee. The Care Pack was purchased 9/13/2020, Order #337447580. It is for 3-year w/accidental Care, U9ED6A. Please let me know how to get this information into your system and verify the warrantee.
