Extended warranty not appearing on my account

HP Recommended
HP Envy Laptop
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After logging into my HP account, I realized my original manufacturer warranty has expired. But 6 months prior to the expiration, I purchased a 2 year extended warranty. It is not reflected on my account. How can I check the status of my extended warranty? There is no one I can contact directly about this.

What else?

Submit a Warranty Dispute form (link and information later in this message).

Thank you for the suggestions. I have tried to submit a "Dispute" but haven't heard back from anyone. Also, I tried the multiple warranties strategy, but it only brought up my expired warranty. I don't recall purchasing a "Care pack". It was just an extended 2-year warranty, which I did over the internet/phone 6 months ago-- May 2020. I'm afraid this could have been a scam. My credit card was charged and I never received anything via email. I only saved the texts that were exchanged via an online chat portal and my credit card transaction that was made for the extended warranty.
