I Have purchased an HP All-in-One Desktop 27-cb1000i (4N1Q8AV) and bought an extended warranty as part of the deal with the retailer HP World. The Extended warranty was approved and the certificate issued. The Extended warranty is not updated on the warranty check-up site despite my repeated appeals to Associates who call from the customer support , I have sent the details of the invoices etc to the redeem now email provided to me earlier. The conversation between me and the customer support has been goin on for some time but no one is able to update the warranty on the site.
I request help with this issue and if someone could provide resolution...

Sorry to hear that you are having problems ... I would like to help you.
(A) You will need (1) invoice as proof and (2) serial number (s/n) of your computer if it has never been registered at HP before. You may only give this information to HP support, do not make it public.
(B) Check Warranty date !
