Product: Probook 450s
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

My external hard drive is not being found whenever I connect it to my computer. It is working fine on other computers and the hard drive power supply is working. I recently put a new hard drive on this lap top and had to download several new network drivers. This is what shows for under unknown device in device manager, assuming this is the external hard drive.
