Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Can't download from the following link: "ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp105501-106000/sp105674.exe"

 

Here's the page:

"https://support.hp.com/se-sv/drivers/selfservice/closure/hp-usb-c-a-universal-dock-g2/27767208"

 

And when I browse through the ftp-folder I can't see the file so it's probably not uploaded.

May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

Hey Jay,

 

Sorry I was on vacation, but I saw now that they added the file 2020-07-16 and when I tried now I could successfully download the SP-pack.
