Product: HP Pavilion Laptop PC 14-dv0000 (46P38AV)

Facebook isn't loading on either the app or via the internet. I have tried downloading and uninstalling the app several times, to no avail. Please can someone help as I manage multiple social media pages and I am behind in all of my work due to it now not working.
