So my computer has always been pretty laggy and cant support the most basic of things. So this weekend I have been trying to completely restart it. When I try to do the cloud download, it said i needed more space. So i went through and deleted literally anything i could and i cleared up about 8GB (The storage space is 58GB). There still was not enough space to do a cloud download. I was deleting all of my temporary files, all applications, disk cleanup, and niche YouTube tutorials. Everything left is pure software of the computer so i dont know if its even possible to do a cloud download. So i tried doing a local reinstall which does not use storage(after all i just want to reset everything so whats it matter?) and after a few minutes of processing it said there was a problem and no changes were made. So I don’t know what to do at this point if both options do not work.

What I recommend you do on the notebooks with the 64 GB eMMC drives is to clean install Windows.

Make a bootable USB installation flash drive with the Microsoft media creation tool from the link below:

Download Windows 11

Boot from the installation media and when you get to the part that asks 'Where do you want to install Windows,' delete every partition on the drive, leaving just one partition of unallocated space.

Click Next and W11 will install.

After W11 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page.
