Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I recently factory reset my HP laptop envy 16 due to glitchy performance issues and i factory reset it. 

after fresh install all the preincluded HP software has been lost, like amzon alexa, hp command centre and i cant find them on hp website or windows store ... how do i get all the preincluded software back again?

Hi:

 

The only suggestion I can offer would be to use the HP cloud recovery tool to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall W11, the drivers and the software that originally came with your notebook.

 

Here is an info link for how to use the utility.  You will need a 32 GB USB flash drive to create the recovery media with.
