Product: Pavilion 15z-eh100
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I went on the Hp website to install HP support assistant. It said something like "failed to extract cab". I am unable to install it. how do i fix it? i have windows 11.

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

 You can download the file from the below link  I downloaded and installed it and it worked as I had the same issue as you

when I tried downloading from the HP site the CAB file could not be extracted, hope this will solve your problem

 

Download HP Support Assistant
