Hello, dear HP community. I am Russian, so I use a translator, which means that some words may deviate from your spelling rules. And so, the essence of my problem is that I bought a gaming laptop, but when I wanted to install various drivers from the official HP website, I did not find my laptop in the list, and it is also not in other Internet sources (search bar). So I want to find out if this is a fake (pirated) laptop, or if I'm just doing something wrong? Information about the system will be attached with a screenshot below (product information is in Russian, so I'll explain here which line is responsible for what). 1 - product name. 2 - product number. 3-serial number. 4 - ID of the software build. 5-ID of the motherboard. 6-byte function. 7 - BIOS. 8-keyboard version. 9 - RAM (in GB). 10-processor. I count on your help, thank you in advance. P. s-some forms could be filled out incorrectly, again, because I use a translator.

Hi:
A way to check if your notebook is genuine would be to enter the serial number in the search window at the link below, and it should provide warranty information for your notebook.

According to the product number in your screen shot, your notebook is a HP Gaming 15-cx0171ur notebook.
HP has this product number listed on their parts website, so it should be genuine.

HP also lists this specific model number and product number on this specifications page...
