My fan is not rotating to cool the system although the Temperature getting higher

I ran into a similar problem a while back on an older HP Media Center PC and after confirming that the case fan WAS working, I went into the BIOS and disabled the notification message -- and the PC worked fine after that.

So, the first thing to do is confirm whether or not the fan is actually running.

With a desktop, you can open the case and SEE if the fan is actually spinning; but with a laptop, all you can do is listen for the sound of the fan spinning.

With a laptop, if you don't hear the fan, I suspect that it actually is NOT running -- and that is a serious issue as your PC will overheat almost immediately and shut down as a result.

That being the case, you need to get the fan replaced and such repairs can be very difficult and risky to perform, depending on how much stuff has to be removed in order to get to the fan to replace it.

For such repair estimates, you would need to contact an HP Repair or Service Center.

Since you live outside the U.S., here is a link to HP Service Centers, by Country/Region: https://support.hp.com/in-en/service-center

If that link does not provide useful information, use the main HP link:

Good Luck
