Fan issue - HP diagnostic doesnt start "Windows event log not running"

Randomly on startup I get Fan Error 90B. Running UEFI diagnostic test does not detect any issue during Fan Speed test and Thermal test.

In addition HP diagnostic Windows does not start with an Error "Windows log event not running"

Any help?

Hi sadly It did not work. BIOS update fails (I tried manu times, also by disabling Core isolation - Memory integrity check) .. Simply the BIOS update fails with no error messages . Also HP support assistant does not let to update It... It says that I already have the latest version installed. Same error as before ... As far as I see it is a problem currently affecting many other users.

Hi , tried but unsuccessfully. HP support assistant installation is OK, then installed HP diagnostic from Microsoft store, but after installation HP diagnostic doesnt run , same error message : "the windows event log service must be running"
