Fan settings on a Compaq Presario CQ57 Windows Laptop

Hello,I have a Compaq Presario CQ57 and the fan is running all the time at full speed.I opened the laptop and did a fan and motherboard cleaning,I applied thermal paste,I changed in the bios the option #Fan always on# from Enable to Disable,I updated the Bios but still nothing...it sounds like a jet fighter.should I change my fan?anyone who has an advice?

As I understand the fan is making a loud noise,

And considering the detailed post, it looks like you've done everything i would normally recommend,
