Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

When i start my laptop a window file named windows 32 popup on its own it happens every time i boot.This file is in my windows software folder.Is it software problem or virus please help to fix this.

  • Can you close this pop-up windows eventually ?
