Files have been deleted cannot recover them or find them

Hey, I have found that some of my files have been deleted and I cant find them anywhere. I recovered what was in the recycle bin in case they were in there but no joy. Where else could I look for these files or does anyone know a way I can find them and recover them? I need them for work and stupidly didn't back them up onto a USB. REALLY REALLY hope someone will be able to help. Thanks

I see you are looking to recover the deleted files from the HP Stream 11-Ak0000 Laptop PC.

I have a few recommendations 

• Click on the Start button and select Computer. Open the directory and find the direct location, such a C:/ or Documents, where the deleted file was originally stored. Right-click this folder. Then, select Restore previous versions.
