Hello,
so for a longer time ~ 1 year I have a problem with my finger print sensor. Simply said: It isn't working anymore. I used it in the past as a login method, but now I get following error: Couldn't find a finger print sensor. I already tried to install the newest drivers but without any luck. Yesterday I scanned my system for outdated drivers with Driver Booster and the result was, that the finger print sensor driver was faulty. I applied the driver updates with Driver Booster but withtout luck again. Is there any other method to solve this issue, or is this unfixable due to a hardware defect.
Thank you and kind regards
Simon
