HP ProBook 450 15.6 inch G9 Notebook PC (674N1AV)

Hi,

I am using HP PRBOOOK 450 15.6 Inch G9 Notebook Laptop.

The company where I am working requires its employees to join Microsoft Entra ID to enforce different policies. I have successfully set my finger print while logging in my account after joining Microsoft Entra ID. Despite, my finger Print was successfully scanned by sensor, when,  I turn on laptop, I can see only two options to sign in i.e., PIN and Password.

What step should I take so that windows display option to scan finger besides asking for password and PIN? Any help and assistance would be appreciated.

FYI, following three polices are defined by our Microsoft Intune administrator:
Win10-Bitlocker-Profile
Win10Admin-ControlPanel-Block
Windows10-Security-experience-ContolPanel

@syednoor

Not ALL 450 G9 machines have FingerPrint option. Did you buy that option for your machine ?

Can you see FingerPrint under Device Manager ? For example : (yours may not be same hardware)

Hi Banhien,

Thanks for your response. Please have a view of snapshot of Device Manager pane.

You can see ELAN WBF Fingerprint Sensor.
