My hp probook 440go laptop's fingerprint not working. Biometric device showing in my laptop device manager but when i go settings> account >sign in option> windows hello fingerprint & click ,its showing 'we couldn't find a fingerprint scanner compatible with windows hello fingerprint 'Please solve this problem

See if installing the HP Simplepass software allows you to use your fingerprint to sign in.
