Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Just got this HP Probook 440 G7, I already checked it on Hp Product verification Page and it was confirmed as an original product.

I've been trying to set up my fingerprint but it keeps on showing " We couldn't find a fingerprint scanner compatible with Windows Hello Fingerprint"

And also couldn't find the fingerprint driver on the Device Manager panel.

Any help from anyone, Please?

I have the exact same problem with EliteBook 840 G5 Windows 11, yesterday i tried every single tip who exist on the internet with no luck. 

 

Face Rec" works just fine but i cant make the fingerprint reader to work.
