I have noticed that the Fingerprint Sensor (FPS) option seems to have disappeared from the BIOS settings, is this change intentional?

Normally the option to enable/disable the FPS can be found under the Advanced menu of the BIOS, located within the category Built-In Device Options. Not sure when exactly this disappeared from the list of hardware options but it seems to be there under BIOS version 01.18.00 (08/28/2024) but not there under the latest BIOS version 01.21.00 (04/30/2025).

Any reason why this option was removed?
