Envy 15 j111tx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

So I have an HP Envy 15 j111tx.

I have Windows 10(64-bit) installed on my computer,

 

I want to log on to my computer by using the fingerprint scanner, but it won't work. 

I will swipe my finger and it won't even light up. I don't know what to do and I dont want to do something to make it worse. 

 

PLEASE HELP!!!!

Please explain the issue in detail. Do you get any message, does fingerprint login work in any applications, etc.

Mean while, download and install the latest Drivers and Software:

http://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/

I have an HP Envy 15j111tx. Few months ago i upgraded my Windows 8.1(64-bit) to Windows 10(64-bit).And then i came to know that my Fingerprint sensor isn't working even i installed latest drivers.It doesn't even light up when i'm scolling upon that. I don't know what to do. 
 
Please help me!!!!
