Hi - I am desperate to turn off hotkeys which make a regular excel user very unhappy, as all my keyboard shortcuts now need me to hold down fn at the same time.
I have repeatedly attempted to follow the official response from HP about entering the bios set-up - those options simply don't appear on my menu, so I don't seem to be able to disable them.
What now?!

@Foster44
Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:
- What is the product number of your device? Use this link to find it: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03754824 (Ensure you do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc...).
- What is the operating system?
I'm afraid there are no other options for doing this apart from BIOS settings. The Fn key is a special key controlled by hardware. It cannot be remapped using the software. Here is the link to know more about How to Lock or Unlock the Fn (Function)
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
