Hello! I just bought a wireless keyboard and i changed on bios the function keys and it still doesn't work when i want to use f1, f2, f3... I am desperated because I tried everything and I do not know how to fix it and HP didnt give me any solution. How can I fix it? I need to not need to press fn to use the function keys... Thanks

Hey, I tried to contact but seems impossible because I am from Spain and HP has a superbad support here... 0 answers. I use the keyboard for everything. I changed from BIOS the fn function, i tried fn+esc and a lot of similar combinations and it does not work at all, i still have to press fn to use function keys.

After doing a bit of research, I did come across this keyboard, does this image looks similar to your Wireless keyboard. If so, there is a lock key on the top right corner of the keyboard.
What happens when you try to press the Fn+Lock key does it work.
Please get back to us with the details or If you could share the screenshot of the keyboard as this will help us in isolating the issue.

Have you tried this Keyboard with other computers? Are you using this Keyboard with an HP computer?
