Hi everyone, 

It suddenly turns off or freezes (even the keyboard no longer responds).
I noticed that when I have a call on team (via Chrome) in activity the PC works very well (no freezes). Furthermore on the unlock screen the fingerprint functionality may no longer respond and a short time later I can no longer enter my code then after that it freezes completely as if the processes stopped one after the other others. Each time I have to do a restart by pressing the power button for 10 seconds. I don't have any error messages.
Is it possible to see the Windows error log?
Does anyone have the same problem as me?

I have similar problems, HP spectre x360 16. Random freezes with no errors. Updated all drivers and BIOS, even reinstalled Win. No effect. Sometimes freezes after 10sec, sometimes after 30min. HP-support was of no help so far. A bad purchase.
