Product: HP Pavilion 15
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I own a HP Pavilion 15 laptop. The function keys perform functions like increasing brightness, volume etc. without the need to press fn key along. But if a software like tally requires function keys, it won't operate until I press fn key along. I want to reverse this, so that function keys perform in software without fn keys. Some forums said that method to do it is mentioned on keyboard but it is not on my laptop. Please help.
