Hi, I bought the computer 1 month ago and it shows GPU Temperature -- via HP omen hub
it shows like this from the day I bought it.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to assist you.
I see that you are looking for information related to GPU temperature on your laptop which is blank.
Do you play any games or applications that require the GPU to support it?
If there is no activity that requires the GPU to support an application or game, then you wont see any activity on the gaming hub for the temperature.
Play a game or an high end application to check the activity of the GPU in the HP omen hub and let me know if that resolves the issue.

Hi @musaclk,
Thank you for sharing the above information.
Please follow the steps below to perform an extensive system test to confirm if the hardware is working fine.
1) Shut down the computer.
2) Turn the computer back on again and repeatedly tap on the ESC until a Startup menu appears.
3) Press F2 once.
4) Go to the system test > extensive test
If the hardware is working fine. Kindly refer to the below steps to further troubleshoot.
1) Uninstall the Omen gaming hub and restart the device.
2) Reinstall the Omen gaming hub by click on this link.
3) Update the BIOS and let me know if that resolves the issue.
Make sure you keep only the charger plugged in while updating the BIOS for your PC.
Click on the + sign next to BIOS and then download the file.
Open the file and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the update.
Please install all the pending updates for the Windows operating system following the below steps.
go to Start > Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update and select Check for updates. If the upgrade is available for your device and you want to proceed, download and install it.

I am sorry to hear that the above steps did not help much but i do appreciate your efforts in performing the troubleshooting steps.
If the hardware is working fine as per the test performed earlier. Please click on this link to perform a recovery on your Laptop. (Take a backup of the data before performing a recovery)
