Whenever I right click on the desktop, the AMD graphics control panel is missing. Could you please advise how to get the graphics control panel back. Many thanks.

I understand the AMD Radeon control panel is missing from your PC.
Don't worry I'll try to help you out.
Did you make any software or hardware changes to your laptop?
Please share the product number of your PC to assist you better.
Try the steps recommended below and check if it helps.
Follow these steps to run the Windows in built troubleshooter:
a) Write Troubleshooting in the search box and hit enter.
b) Click on Troubleshooting tab.
c) Click on view all option on the upper left corner.
d) Select the Hardware and Device option from the list.
e) Click Next to run the Hardware and Device Troubleshooter.
1) On your keyboard, press the Windows logo key and R (at the same time) to invoke the Run box.
2) Type services.msc and click OK.
3) Find and right-click on the AMD Display Driver service. Then select Restart. If there’s no Restart option, click Start instead.
4) Right-click on the AMD Display Driver service again and this time choose Properties.
5) Set the Startup type to be Automatic.
6) Now open your AMD Radeon Control Panel to see if successfully.
Sometimes, a simple restart for the AMD Control process can easily solve your problem.
1) On your keyboard, press Ctrl + Shift + Esc at the same time to open the Task Manager window.
2) Expand the AMD Control Panel section, then right-click on NVIDIA Control Panel and select End task.
3) Now open your AMD Radeon Control Panel to see if successfully.
Try uninstalling the graphics from the device manager.
Hold Windows key + Letter R key.
Run dialog box would open type devmgmt.msc
Device manager window will open.
Expand Display adapter and AMD Radeon and click uninstall.
And restart your PC.
Download and install AMD Radeon autodetect drivers on your PC and check if it helps.
Download the AMD Radeon auto detect driver utility using this link. Click Here
You can also update other drivers on your PC using hp support assistant on your PC.
Refer this article to know more information about using HP support assistant.
If the issue still persists uninstall the graphics drivers from device manager and install the drivers using HP recovery manager.
Refer this article to know how to restore drivers using HP recovery manager.
