To keep a long story short, whenever I try to play games on Steam, GoG, or places like that, the whole program will randomly crash and/or will not load long enough for me to play.  After the clients crash my computer will randomly open System 32, HP control center, Steam, Edge, my Wallpaper Engine, and my Onedrive.  On top of this, it will then procede to close my Grammerly,  Sound systems for Bluetooth, and both my Onedrives for personal and college which are usually running in the background.  Oddly enough the only things that remain running are my Security systems (Both Microsoft's built in one and my McAfee antivirus).  However I've done some troubleshooting, and it seems like it's due to a virus.  But that doesn't make any sense to me that this only happens whenever I'm playing games.  And I am not playing very big games either.  The biggest game I even play is Borderlands GoTY Enhanced.  Otherwise my Minecraft, Nikke, Snowbreak and even Roblox clients work perfectly fine and cause me no trouble at all.  It's only whenever I try to run Steam and GoG games does this happen.  I run smaller games too on GoG like Baldurs Gate and even that crashes like Steam does.  So what exactly is the problem that's been happening to my computer?

Hello Irwin, sadly the proposed solution didn't work.  Both my BIOS and my computer are fully updated and I just tried to run a game and it just crashed as originally done.  What other possible solutions are there?
