Games not opening,

HP Recommended
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have a windows ten hp laptop(that’s all I know with this sadly) and I only have a few games, plus steam to get the games, nothing is opening, I’ve dont the double click thing, I’ve tapped the mousepad twice on it, I’ve even tried the right click open, it’s still not opening anything, if you know what I could do that’d be really appreciated

for windows 10 type winver in the search box
if you give the best information
