Hi my notebook never recived an update in Omen Gaming Hub for the RPF control of it's 2 fans (CPU and GPU).
It only has 'auto' & 'max' oprions, but no possibility to a specific % or set the RPF
A few years ago I could do it with a specific program called Fancontrol, but in 2021-2022 your company forced the fan controls over to bios and your own software Omen gaming Hub (https://support.hp.com/hk-en/document/c07660589) promising a progressive update for all Omen notebooks. IT never came full support for my 17-cb00.
I have a requesto for the Omen gaming hub software developers....can you please make it finally happen in the next updates? I have waited for 2 years. Othervise my next notebook will certainly not be a HP one.
Thank you

That is not a solution but a political response asking me to do something that will not solve anything. I need you to ask the software development team at HP to implement the changes I’ve requested on my OMEN notebook series. If HP doesn’t want to do it for business motives I’m fine but don’t expect me to buy another HP Omen gaming notebook (or any other product) is this is the low level of software support we are expected to receive .
implementing a tab with manual selection of rpm for cpu e gpu should be easy since it’s already embedded in the bios and many Omen notebooks revived it.
