Bei meinem Laptop Rechnung 07.12.19 wird Garantiezeit 26.10.20 gezeigt, also 6 Wochen kürzer. Was ist da faul? Meine Logik sagt mir, dass das Gerät schon mal hochgefahren war. Ist also nicht neu. Isabell

For whatever reason they do it, HP starts the warranty clock ticking the minute the PC leaves the assembly plant.
So the more time the PC remains unsold, the more time is gone from the warranty.
You can have the warranty start and end dates adjusted in one of two ways...
1. Submit an online warranty dispute form.
2. Contact HP and speak to a customer service representative to get the warranty start and end dates adjusted.
