Hi, I applied for the HP Gcash cashback promo but I accidentally entered the wrong name for my Gcash account. Can this be corrected?

Thank you for reaching out on the forum.  You would need to contact the team you set that up with.  If you can log into your account, you can see if you can edit the details.  If not, you should be able to set up a ticket with their support to get assistance. The forum would not be able to set any changes in the software.
