Hi @atifamin,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If you're encountering a blank login screen in GeForce Experience on your HP Victus 16 laptop, here are some troubleshooting steps to help resolve the issue:

1. Update GeForce Experience:

  • Ensure you have the latest version of GeForce Experience. Check the NVIDIA website for updates and download the latest version.

2. Reboot the Laptop:

  • Sometimes a simple restart can resolve temporary glitches.

3. Clear Cache:

  • Clear the cache of GeForce Experience:
    1. Navigate to C:\ProgramData\NVIDIA Corporation\GeForce Experience.
    2. Delete the Cache folder (you might need to show hidden files to see it).
    3. Restart GeForce Experience.

4. Reinstall GeForce Experience:

  • Uninstall GeForce Experience from the Control Panel and then reinstall it:
    1. Go to Control Panel > Programs > Uninstall a program.
    2. Find NVIDIA GeForce Experience and uninstall it.
    3. Download and install the latest version from the NVIDIA website.

5. Check for Windows Updates:

  • Ensure your Windows is up to date. Go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update and check for updates.

6. Update Graphics Drivers:

  • Use the NVIDIA website or GeForce Experience to ensure your graphics drivers are up to date.

7. Disable Antivirus/Firewall:

  • Sometimes, security software can interfere with applications. Temporarily disable your antivirus or firewall and see if that resolves the issue.

8. Run as Administrator:

  • Right-click on the GeForce Experience shortcut and select Run as administrator.

9. Check NVIDIA Services:

  • Press Windows + R, type services.msc, and hit Enter.
  • Find NVIDIA Display Container LS and NVIDIA Network Service, and ensure they are running. If not, right-click and start them.

10. Reset Network Settings:

  • If there are network issues, you might need to reset your network settings:
    1. Go to Settings > Network & Internet.
    2. Scroll down and click on Network reset.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
