Hi @atifamin,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
If you're encountering a blank login screen in GeForce Experience on your HP Victus 16 laptop, here are some troubleshooting steps to help resolve the issue:
1. Update GeForce Experience:
- Ensure you have the latest version of GeForce Experience. Check the NVIDIA website for updates and download the latest version.
2. Reboot the Laptop:
- Sometimes a simple restart can resolve temporary glitches.
3. Clear Cache:
- Clear the cache of GeForce Experience:
- Navigate to C:\ProgramData\NVIDIA Corporation\GeForce Experience.
- Delete the Cache folder (you might need to show hidden files to see it).
- Restart GeForce Experience.
4. Reinstall GeForce Experience:
- Uninstall GeForce Experience from the Control Panel and then reinstall it:
- Go to Control Panel > Programs > Uninstall a program.
- Find NVIDIA GeForce Experience and uninstall it.
- Download and install the latest version from the NVIDIA website.
5. Check for Windows Updates:
- Ensure your Windows is up to date. Go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update and check for updates.
6. Update Graphics Drivers:
- Use the NVIDIA website or GeForce Experience to ensure your graphics drivers are up to date.
7. Disable Antivirus/Firewall:
- Sometimes, security software can interfere with applications. Temporarily disable your antivirus or firewall and see if that resolves the issue.
8. Run as Administrator:
- Right-click on the GeForce Experience shortcut and select Run as administrator.
9. Check NVIDIA Services:
- Press Windows + R, type services.msc, and hit Enter.
- Find NVIDIA Display Container LS and NVIDIA Network Service, and ensure they are running. If not, right-click and start them.
10. Reset Network Settings:
- If there are network issues, you might need to reset your network settings:
- Go to Settings > Network & Internet.
- Scroll down and click on Network reset.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
