First i have a 12yo Dv6-3150 w/ an Intel core i5 460M @2.53GHz 2 cores 4 threads (overclocked) on a HP 144C Havendale/Clarkdale motherboard & HP BIOS F.29 plus an Intel HD Graphics card, that's all the info i have on the graphics. I upgraded to a 540GB SSD w/ 3x500+GB external HDDs and up the RAM from 4GB to 8GB DDR3 SODIMM, this PC has been sitting unused for 8 years & is my very 1st computer, just started using it 4 months ago. I have several ?'s #1: can i upgrade the CPU & is it worth the $$? #2: can I upgrade from old BIOS to UEFI? #3 in my device manager I have something that only says LEGACY DEVICE under system devices, I found an item ID# but nothing is giving me anymore info on it, any ideas? #4 i went from windows 7 TO 10 and now my Biometric scanner doesn't work. Lastly how do i hook up my Samsung Galaxy Note to use as a scratch pad with the pen that it has?
