Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9125e All-in-One Printer

I haven't been able to print legal sized paper since buying a office jet 9125.    The printer just gives  "paper size mismatch error".    What do I need to do besides load the paper and choose the option "legal"?

Probably its sensor did not see the right paper. Please load paper the right way
