Help files.  Get Help appiication.  Every time I try to get the Help App to work., it fails.   It tells me that something went wrong, and I should try again later.  I cannot find the app on the system, even in Control Panel, so I cannot remove and reload it.  In the Microsoft store,, I cannot click on the icon to get it to remove and reload.  If I try to open it, it gives the same error as before: Something went wrong, try again later.  Well, later does not work.

@Feynman2001 -- within "Settings", open "Apps". Scroll through the list of installed apps. If you get a match, click on the name of the app. Is there is "modify" button?  That might reinstall the app, which might fix the problem.

I was fairly sure that I tried this before, but I went back and confirmed.  I can see the name of the app, but clicking on it does  nothing.  There is no modify button, but that is true of every app.  The size of the app that I see is 16 Kb, which seems to me to be rather small.  Don't know if that brings up any thoughts.

There is no modify button.  Here is some more detail.

Go to System, settings, apps.  I can see the app as it is listed as installed.  The size is 24 kb.

Under advanced options, there are choices to terminate, repair or reset.  None of these do a thing.  There is no option to uninstall.

In the Microsoft store, I can see the app.  It is installed on the system, and there is no option to deinstall.  The size is listed as 17.8 Mb.  Very odd.  Anyone with any ideas?  Thanks.
