OK, so first of all, you admit this is laptop but you confused the situation by posting this to the Desktops section. I have moved this to the Notebooks section.
Second, Chrome is a Google product, and not being an HP product, we have no way to diagnose or fix issues with it. For Chrome issues, you need to contact Google for their support.
