my computer said I have installed the googlepinin software yet I can't access.  Lost.  Help.

I can find no info on Google Pinin -- but here is the Wiki page on Google Pinyin:  https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Google_Pinyin

 

As you can see, that has been discontinued -- so I suspect this is malware.  You need to see if you can erase that from your PC.
