Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 IOT

I need to download Windows 11 on my HP Stream. It's an early laptop, but it's in great condition, and I always had anti virus software so it never runs slow. I'm having trouble with storage randomly being added on, I feel, I know someone else is on my laptop and is messing with me. I have saved numerous screens of this issues, but end up deleting them because I never want to speak on this. My life does not revolve around a hacker. And it's sad they have no life. Anyways, haha. I just want to know how to obtain a serial number from a laptop that has already been peeled off? I need this serial number for the HP website, this one, to select the product type for my laptop. I'm guessing there are different types of software products for each different laptop. If you could help me out, thank you I will be forever grateful.

I believe that if you run HP Support Assistant, it will display the model and serial info for your laptop.
