Hi:
Unfortunately, I wouldn't be able to because I don't know what model notebooks are sold in India.
But I can give you some thoughts for what to look for...
Get one with an Intel i5 processor or higher.
At least 8 GB of memory.
Get one with a discrete graphics adapter like Nvidia.
Will probably run in the neighborhood of 54,000 rupees.

Hi:
I think you would be OK using the W10 driver from AMD...
First, create a system restore point so that you can roll back to the current graphics driver you have installed, just in case the updated driver does not work to your expectations.

Hi:
You would only be able to upgrade your notebook's motherboard with one of those listed in chapter 3 of the service manual for your notebook's model series.
You would need to get one of the motherboard part numbers that has a Windows product key in the BIOS.

You would also need to get a different heat sink also listed in chapter 3.
Motherboard upgrades are almost always a very bad idea unless you can get one for free.
It will also be very hard to find the parts you need anymore.

Anytime.
Glad to have been of assistance.
I did come across a review the other day regarding a budget friendly HP business notebook (255 G7).
Perhaps this model is sold in India too since it is a business notebook, but you would need to make sure you get the one with the Ryzen processor as in the review.
The A4 and A6 processors are weak.
