Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

In my device I am seeing that graphic card series is AMD Radeon HD 7600M but when I went to AMD website there is no graphic card series with this name instead they do have other series like 7670,7690, etc.. which series should I update to my laptop. I am using Windows 10 in my laptop but in HP website they have only tested this laptop till Windows 8.1 and I am facing black screen issue I have tried every method to get rid of this black screen issue but its not working even I have changed chip in graphic card. Some time it opens and sometime it shows black screen. I went to service center again they told me that its chip related issue but they wont take any guaranty weather it will work or not after repairing.

Hi:

Your notebook is not supported by HP for W10.

Since it has the Intel/AMD switchable graphics, the driver from AMD will not work.

It has to be a custom driver that includes both the AMD and Intel graphics drivers.

The only suggestion I can offer, would be to try the W8.1 Intel/AMD switchable graphics driver from your notebook's support page.

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp59501-60000/sp59936.exe

If that doesn't work, I recommend you revert to W8.1.
