Product: HP Notebook 15-dy1751ms

I'm trying to install a new graphics driver, when I tried updating the graphics driver from the device manager it says "Windows encountered a problem installing new drivers". The problem is "Access is denied". I tried downloading graphics driver from HP support page but it also wasn't successful.

I also download the graphics driver from Intel and I encountered the same error message "Access is denied"

I tried installing the graphics driver manually but the same issue arose again

Anyone faced this issue before?
