Hello. 

 

 

First let me start by saying my main issue is i can't hear anything on my computer. I don't seem to be able to unmute, reset update or install anything, sound or graphics software Etc. As i use a headset and speakers only, hardware isn't an issue to my knowledge. I as well, cannot install some games and crashes the ones i installed. My disk space is full despite an available external drive and i cannot update my OS as well. Help well not go unappreciated.
