Hello HP Support Team,

I need assistance updating the BIOS and all required drivers for my HP G4 laptop.

Please provide me with the official HP Support link and the correct BIOS and driver download links for my exact model.

Hi:

 

Support for the g4 model series has been retired since the PC is more than 10 years of age.

 

There is no longer any HP support page for any g4 notebook.

 

In order to provide the BIOS update and drivers for your PC, I would need to know the full model number or product number of the PC.

 

How to find your HP laptop name, product number, and serial number | HP Support

 

g4 is not enough information to provide any assistance.

 

After you provide that information, I can give you the official BIOS download link directly from the HP FTP site.

 

The g4 notebook was not supported for Windows 10 or Windows 11, so no drivers for those operating systems exist for your notebook.
