HP NOTEBOOK 15-BS020WM

Im in desperate need of any/all help in diagnosing & fixing an urgent issue with my product name "HP NOTEBOOK 15-BS020WM", product# 2DV78UA#ABA, Operating System "Windows 10 Home 64 bit & System BIOS: "F.60". The issue I'm currently having involves my new "Work At Home" job making outbound calls from my laptop computer via the company's website portal using Google Chrome Browser (Incognito or Normal) with Ethernet Cable plugged directly in laptop. The website's portal does it all for you & automatically dials out to the customer but my laptop will not comply! When I log on the site portal & click ready to take calls, an error message comes up saying "CANNOT CONNECT TO PHONE SESSION"! I'm doing everything listed to do from the company like: Ethernet only, no wireless connections, High Speed Internet, Landline Internet Phone Connection, Chrome Browser only, etc. I really hope someone out there can help me resolve this issue before i end up losing my new job & I'd greatly appreciate all the help I can get with this issue. Thanks Heather

I APOLOGIZE BUT HP HAD MY LAPTOP LISTED AS 2 DIFFERENT PRODUCT NAME'S SO PLEASE SEE THE REVISED/UPDATED PRODUCT NAME OF: "HP NOTEBOOK 15-BS020WM"
